Fresh plants, carefully planned delivery
We order plants from our suppliers every week to bring you fresh stock. Here’s how we prepare and dispatch your order, and when you can expect it to arrive.

Our delivery service
Dispatch: 1–5 working days
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–5 working days of ordering, depending on incoming stock from our suppliers.
Delivery after dispatch
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day. This is not guaranteed, and delivery can take 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Please allow time for both stages. Delivery time starts when we dispatch your parcel, not when you place your order.
Why we order fresh each week
Our priority is to supply a wide variety of fresh, high-quality aquatic plants. We order from our suppliers each week and plan dispatch around those deliveries.
This may mean waiting a few days before your order is sent, but it means your plants come from that week’s fresh arrivals.
